Microsoft Browser Troubleshooting
If you're using Internet Explorer you will need to switch to one of the following browsers instead because Internet Explorer is not supported.
We are currently investigating compatibility issues with the Microsoft Edge browser. Until we can resolve those issues, we recommend that you switch to a different browser such as:
- Google Chrome - A free and highly popular browser by Google. Available for Windows and macOS.
- Mozilla Firefox - A free browser by Mozilla. Available for Windows and macOS.
- Microsoft Edge (Chromium based) - A free browser by Microsoft. Available for Windows and for the first time on macOS as well. It uses the same underlying rendering system as Google Chrome. This is the intended replacement for the current version of Edge bundled with Windows 10 going forward.
